Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Doha, Qatar, for a Front Desk Representative.
The role includes greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments and schedules, answering inquiries, handling phone calls, and providing excellent customer service.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining the reception area, ensuring administrative efficiency, and supporting daily operations to enhance the client experience.
The role involves working in coordination with other team members to deliver seamless service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer service and client interaction
- Ability to manage appointments, scheduling, and administrative tasks
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with office management software and tools
- Fluency in Arabic & English is required
- Previous experience in a front desk, reception, or customer-facing role is preferred
