- Manage daily front desk operations and ensure smooth customer experience
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries professionally
- Schedule and manage grooming, boarding, and other service appointments
- Assist customers with pet sales and provide accurate product and pet care information
- Handle customer check in/check out and payment processing
- Coordinate with grooming, boarding, and sales teams to ensure efficient daily operations
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information
- Support general administrative tasks
Requirements
- Genuine love for pets
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service, reception, retail, or pet industry (advantage but not mandatory)
- Front desk experience: 3 years (Required)
- Chinese language (Required)
