Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and create a warm, premium first impression
- Manage bookings, check ins, memberships, cancellations, and schedule changes
- Respond professionally to WhatsApp, phone, email, and social media inquiries
- Guide clients through classes, packages, and studio policies
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Coordinate with instructors to ensure smooth daily studio operations
- Maintain presentation and cleanliness of reception and café areas
- Assist with inventory, retail sales, and studio events
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks as required
Requirements
- Based in Sharjah
- Arabic and English fluency is mandatory
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, wellness, fitness, or beauty industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using booking systems, Microsoft Office, and WhatsApp Business
- Positive, proactive, and professional attitude

About the Studio
- Cloud Pilates & Yoga is a premium women only wellness studio in Al Mamzar, Sharjah, dedicated to creating exceptional experiences through Pilates, yoga, and mindful movement.
- We are looking for a professional, organized, and customer focused Front Desk Receptionist & Studio Coordinator to become the face of our studio.
- This is a full time, on site position suited to someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast paced environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
