The full-time Front Desk Receptionist role is based on-site in Jeddah.
The position supports members and visitors through front-desk service, administration, and coordination with staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet members and visitors, manage check-ins and appointments, and respond to inquiries in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
- Handle registrations, payments, recordkeeping, filing, data entry, and other basic clerical tasks.
- Coordinate with trainers and staff, support customer service needs, and keep the reception area organized.
- Maintain punctuality, professional conduct, and a welcoming front-of-house experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
- Receptionist experience, phone etiquette, scheduling, and inquiry management are required.
- Clerical skills including data entry, filing, recordkeeping, and basic administration are required.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a busy front-desk setting is required.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with office or membership management software are required.
- Professional appearance, reliability, responsibility, and confidentiality are expected.
- Fitness center, hospitality, or customer-facing experience is advantageous.
- English fluency is required; Arabic proficiency is a strong plus.
