Job Summary

  • We are looking for a highly organized and professional Admin Cum Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal assistance to management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative and office operations.
  • Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document filing.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Maintain company records and databases.
  • Assist with personal tasks and calendar management for management.
  • Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government departments when required.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Support HR and basic accounting tasks when needed.

Requirements

  • Female candidate preferred.
  • English, Tagalog is MUST.
  • Must have a valid UAE residence visa (own visa required).
  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Knowledge of UAE business practices is an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
  • Performance based incentives (if applicable)
