- Manage daily administrative and office operations
- Handle emails, phone calls, correspondence, and document filing
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Maintain company records and databases
- Assist with personal tasks and calendar management for management
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and government departments
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Support HR and basic accounting tasks when needed
Requirements
- Female candidate preferred
- English and Tagalog fluency
- Valid UAE residence visa (own visa required)
- Previous experience as Administrative Assistant, Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of UAE business practices is an advantage

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 2,000 – AED 5,000 (depending on experience)
