Responsibilities
- Manage reception area, greet visitors, and answer incoming calls
- Maintain office management systems and procedures
- Operate office equipment including printers, scanners, and fax machines
- Handle correspondence, emails, and documentation
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain records using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Assist with scheduling, meetings, and administrative tasks
- Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all office operations
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist (minimum 1 year UAE work experience required)
- High school diploma; additional qualification as a Receptionist or Secretary is an advantage
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail with effective problem solving skills
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate to Dubai before starting work
