About the Role
Travel Link Relocation Tourism Guide is looking for a confident Receptionist cum Admin to be the face of the company. You will welcome clients, handle calls and inquiries, manage front desk operations, and provide administrative support.

- Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle all day to day reception activities
- Receive visitors and maintain the Client Register accurately
- Answer phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and direct them to the concerned department
- Schedule appointments and manage front desk operations
- Provide administrative support for daily office tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in creating simple marketing and promotional videos for social media campaigns
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Fluent)
- Presentable personality with professional appearance
- Confident in meeting and interacting with clients
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- Comfortable appearing in marketing and promotional videos
- Positive attitude, good organizational skills, and ability to multitask
