Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner
- Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Provide information regarding services, psychologists, pricing, and procedures
- Follow up with potential and existing clients when required
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Assist with registration forms and onboarding of new clients
- Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and internal documents
- Prepare reports and perform data entry as required
- Process client payments and issue receipts
- Track payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with psychologists regarding schedules and appointments
Requirements
- Own valid UAE visa
- Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace
- Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling software

About the Role
- MCM Conscious Mental Wellness is a psychology and counseling center dedicated to providing high quality mental health services.
- We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and inquiries.
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments.
- Provide information regarding services, psychologists, pricing, and procedures.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients when required.
- Maintain a positive and professional first impression of the center.
- Manage daily appointment schedules and calendars.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Assist with registration forms and onboarding of new clients.
- Organize and update files, spreadsheets, and internal documents.
- Prepare reports and perform data entry as required.
- Support psychologists and management with administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Own valid UAE visa.
