Role Overview

  • The Front Desk Executive is responsible for managing front desk operations and supporting the daily administration of the salon.
  • This role acts as the primary communication link between the salon owner, management, and staff, ensuring that management decisions are effectively implemented and followed.
  • The Front Desk Executive is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, staff coordination, salon organization, and operational efficiency while ensuring all activities align with management directives.
  • The position does not hold independent decision making authority and must obtain approval from the Salon Manager before implementing any operational, financial, or personnel related decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Experience & Front Desk Operations: Welcome clients professionally and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes using the salon management system. Answer incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries promptly
  • Staff Coordination & Communication: Serve as the communication link between the salon owner, management, and staff. Ensure management instructions, policies, and operational decisions are communicated and implemented effectively. Coordinate staff schedules and shift arrangements as directed by manag
  • Salon Operations & Compliance: Ensure salon cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout operating hours. Coordinate with team members to ensure cleaning schedules are followed consistently. Support inventory monitoring, stock counts, and reporting of low stock items. Coordinate with supplier

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a beauty salon, spa, hospitality, or customer service environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Experience using salon booking systems, POS systems, WhatsApp Business, and social media platforms.
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
