Position Details
The position is Front Desk Receptionist in the Administration and Front Office department.
The role is located in Powai, Mumbai.

Job Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and direct calls to the appropriate person.
- Manage the reception area and maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, letters, and other documents.
- Maintain visitor records and reception-related registers.
- Handle basic email communication and correspondence.
- Maintain office stationery and front-office requirements.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and office staff when required.
- Perform basic administrative and office-support tasks.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
- Polite, presentable, and professional personality.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Marathi, Hindi, and English communication skills are preferred.
