Role Overview
Serve as the first point of contact at Freedom Medical Poly Clinic LLC.
Coordinate front-desk activities, redirect phone calls, welcome patients, open patient files, and report to management.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Register patients on the medical software.
- Communicate information to patients.
- Provide administrative support with patient-related documentation.
- Greet visitors and determine the nature and purpose of their visit.
- Coordinate with nurses and doctors to support a smooth customer service experience.
- Welcome patients and escort them to their treatment rooms.
- Maintain and manage the reception area to company standards.
- Follow and positively promote company policies and procedures.
- Carry out reasonable duties requested by management.
- Perform cashiering and handle cash as part of reception tasks.
Skills and Knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office systems.
- Ability to build rapport with customers by phone and in person.
- Ability to work as a team member and on own initiative.
- Ability to produce clear and concise reports.
- Ability to manage and schedule large and varied workloads.
- English, Hindi, or Urdu language ability is required.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 2,000 to AED 2,500 per month.
