Job Summary
Provide a welcoming and efficient environment for customers and guests in a dynamic coworking space.
Serve as an initial point of contact while supporting smooth daily operations and positive visitor experiences.
Customer and Guest Engagement
- Welcome customers, guests, and visitors as they enter the space.
- Provide information about services and amenities.
- Facilitate introductions and connections among clients.
- Collect and share customer feedback to improve the experience.
Reception, Access, and Space Management
- Answer phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely service delivery and resolve issues.
- Manage key cards or access codes and monitor entry and exit.
- Manage meeting-room, workstation, and private-office reservations.
- Maintain workspace allocation, check-in and check-out processes, and reception areas.
Administrative and Technology Support
- Handle mail and packages, photocopying, document management, billing inquiries, and client renewals.
