- Coordinate patient flow to ensure efficient clinic operations
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate electronic medical records
- Process billing, payments, insurance documentation, and receipts
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments regarding patient appointments and follow ups
- Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism
- Ensure reception and waiting areas remain clean, organized, and presentable
- Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with UAE healthcare regulations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
