About the role
- Presentable, well groomed, and energetic professional with strong communication and organizational skills
- Confidence in front office management to coordinate smooth operations and provide a good impression to visitors/callers
Duties & Responsibilities
- Receive all visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival
- Handle switchboard professionally and efficiently
- Receive and direct external and internal calls
- Handle international calls routed through reception
- Maintain database of contacts
- Send and receive faxes
- Inform accounts department about deductions for personal calls made from company line
- Handle and receive couriers; book courier invoices correctly in the system and submit to accounts team
- Maintain incoming courier book with date, name, airway bill, signature of receiver
- Manage fuel portal and process invoice payments
- Provide support to administration team as required
- Distribute faxes and daily post
Candidate requirements
- 3 5 years of experience
- Degree / Diploma in Administration
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Professional personal presentation (well groomed and energetic)
