About the role

  • Presentable, well groomed, and energetic professional with strong communication and organizational skills
  • Confidence in front office management to coordinate smooth operations and provide a good impression to visitors/callers

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Receive all visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; notify company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Handle switchboard professionally and efficiently
  • Receive and direct external and internal calls
  • Handle international calls routed through reception
  • Maintain database of contacts
  • Send and receive faxes
  • Inform accounts department about deductions for personal calls made from company line
  • Handle and receive couriers; book courier invoices correctly in the system and submit to accounts team
  • Maintain incoming courier book with date, name, airway bill, signature of receiver
  • Manage fuel portal and process invoice payments
  • Provide support to administration team as required
  • Distribute faxes and daily post

Candidate requirements

  • 3 5 years of experience
  • Degree / Diploma in Administration
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation (well groomed and energetic)
  • Customer service orientation
