Front Desk Night Auditor Agent

We are looking for a professional hotel Front Desk Night Auditor Agent to oversee all receptionist and secretarial duties at our main entrance desk from 11pm to 7am .

The Front Desk Night Auditor Agent will perform a range of duties including answering phone calls, managing the switchboard, and assisting guests with their reservations.

The successful candidate will be presentable and friendly and have outstanding people skills.

S/he should be great at multitasking and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
• Check guests into their rooms and out of their rooms.
• Collect and verify guest payments.
• Assign rooms to guests and inform them of property amenities.
• Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies.
• Answer all guest questions and incoming calls.
• Redirect phone calls to the appropriate department and capture and deliver messages.
• Accept all letters and packages and distribute them to the appropriate parties.
• Maintain hotel records and files.
• Monitor, organize and forward emails.

• High school diploma or relevant qualification.
• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
• Ability to stand for long hours.
• Technologically savvy.
• Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office programs.
