The academies offer beginner to intermediate classes across Indian and Western music genres for learners of all ages.
Front Desk and Counselling
- Ensure the academy opens and closes on schedule, including cleanliness and related routines.
- Prepare the front desk for counselling and enrolment processes.
- Build rapport with walk-ins and collect information to support course selection.
- Counsel prospects on music-learning options and explain the learning progression.
Academy Administration
- Manage the facility according to company protocols and complete daily opening and closing checklists.
