Centre Overview

The centre uses individualized worksheet-based study plans to promote consistent progress and skill development.

Role Overview

The centre is hiring a friendly, organized and responsible Front Desk Coordinator.

The role provides front-desk support to students, parents, instructors and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome students and parents and provide friendly front-desk support.
Answer phone calls, emails and parent inquiries.
Assist with student check-in and daily centre operations.
Schedule appointments and maintain student records.
Support registration, tuition and payment administration and general office duties.
Communicate with instructors, staff, students and families.
Maintain an organized, welcoming and professional centre environment.

Candidate Requirements

Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
Organization, attention to detail, reliability and responsibility.
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy environment.
Good computer and administrative skills.
Professional English communication.
Enjoyment of working with children and families.
Previous reception, administrative, customer-service or education-centre experience is an asset.
