Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of customer-facing experience is required.
- Fluent Arabic speaking ability is required.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Immediate availability and interest in a long-term role are required.
- Applicants must be able to work morning and evening shifts and occasionally across studio locations.
- Experience in hospitality, retail, wellness, or travel and tourism is advantageous.

Client Experience and Service
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally in person and over the phone.
- Provide information about classes, instructors, schedules, and packages.
- Build rapport with new and long-term clients.
- Handle client concerns and ensure timely resolution or escalation.
Sales and Conversions
- Support outbound follow-up calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Guide clients toward appropriate class packages and memberships.
- Contribute to lead-to-package conversion targets.
Administration and Studio Operations
- Manage bookings, client profiles, and payments on the studio system.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Support daily studio operations and maintain a tidy, professional front desk environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Monthly salary is AED 4,500 to AED 5,500 based on experience.
- Benefits include an annual round-trip ticket to the home country and health insurance.

Work Location
- Work location is in person at the studio.
- The role may require occasional work across studio locations.
