- Welcome members and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle check ins, inquiries, emails, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and appointment scheduling
- Assist members with memberships, payments, renewals, and general information
- Maintain accurate records and perform daily administrative tasks
- Support business development by following up with leads and promoting gym packages
- Coordinate marketing related activities and support social media engagement
Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk, reception, or administration preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multitask and work in fast paced environment
