Requirements

- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Previous front office or hospitality experience preferred

Role Description
- Welcome guests, manage check in/check out, and ensure accurate posting of charges and payments.
- Handle room reservations, respond to guest inquiries in person and by phone, and coordinate with housekeeping and other departments.
- Maintain accurate records, resolve guest issues promptly, and deliver courteous, efficient customer service per brand standards.
- Keep front desk area organized, follow safety and security procedures, and support other front office operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and guest relations skills.
- Proficient in receptionist duties and front desk operations.
- Effective phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Experience with reservations processes and basic hotel systems.
- Additional beneficial qualifications: previous front office experience, basic math and cash handling skills, fluency in English (Arabic advantage), ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays, strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
