- Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions

Requirements
- Previous experience in a hotel front office or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
