Role Overview
As a Site Architect, you will play a key role in executing finishing and fit-out works, ensuring quality, coordination, and timely delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and site teams
- Ensure work execution aligns with project specifications and design standards
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical issues
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control compliance
- Collaborate with BIM and technical teams for clash detection and coordination
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting of site activities
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
