- Manage the day to day administrative operations of the office
- Handle all correspondence, emails, letters, and official documentation in French
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
- Maintain organized records, files, and confidential company documents
- Liaise with government authorities, banks, vendors, and service providers as required
- Coordinate with internal departments and support management with administrative tasks
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement when necessary
- Assist in maintaining office policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Support HR activities, including employee documentation and onboarding
- Ensure smooth communication between the Conakry office and other company locations
- Perform any additional administrative duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (Graduation is mandatory)
- Fluency in French (spoken and written) is mandatory
- Good command of English is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality

Job Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and proactive French Speaking Office Administrator / Executive to support our office operations in Conakry. The ideal candidate must be a graduate with excellent communication skills in French and strong administrative capabilities.
