Salary
- $60,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain engaging online and blended learning courses.
- Convert existing materials into effective online learning content.
- Create eLearning materials including course outlines, videos, presentations, quizzes, and assessments.
- Manage and update courses within Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Support instructors, students, and online program operations.
- Collaborate with Compliance and academic teams to ensure program standards.
- Evaluate course quality and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate content development and program implementation.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Education, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 1+ year of experience in instructional design, online curriculum development, or similar.
- Experience with post-secondary education and distance learning.
- Experience with LMS platforms (Canvas, Moodle, etc.).
- Knowledge of curriculum design, assessments, and educational technology.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Articulate, Captivate, and Adobe tools.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-changing environment.
- Comfortable with AI tools and new learning technologies.
