Role Description
- Full time, on site role for a Freight Operations Supervisor/Logistics Lead in Dubai. Involves overseeing daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient shipment processes, supervising and training team members, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams effectively.
- Experience or background in logistics, transportation, or Military operations.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

- Aptitude for Training and mentoring staff.
