Freight Forwarding & Customs Operations Executive
We are a growing freight forwarding and logistics company based in Dubai, looking for a reliable and motivated **Operations Executive** to join our team.
We are a **small and supportive company**, offering a stable and friendly working environment where employees can grow and develop within the logistics industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing freight **quotations and pricing** for clients and overseas agents
- Coordinating **air, sea, and land shipments**
- Handling daily **freight forwarding operations**
- Managing shipment documentation (BL, invoices, packing lists, etc.)
- Communication with shipping lines, airlines, agents, and clients
- Knowledge and coordination of **customs clearance procedures in Dubai**
Requirements
- **Minimum 1 year experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance in the UAE**
- Strong knowledge of **logistics operations and Incoterms**
- Ability to **prepare freight quotations independently**
- Good communication skills with clients and international agents
- Organized, responsible, and able to work independently
