Responsibilities
- Coordinate international and domestic shipments by air, sea, and land
- Obtain freight rates and prepare quotations for customers and overseas agents
- Arrange bookings with shipping lines, airlines, and transport providers
- Prepare and review shipping documents including Bills of Lading, invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import/export regulations
- Monitor shipment movements and provide timely updates to customers
- Liaise with overseas agents, carriers, transporters, and warehouse teams
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, and customer service issues
- Verify freight costs, supplier invoices, and customer billing
- Maintain accurate records and update shipment information in the operating system
Requirements
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics coordination
- Knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Strong organizational and problem solving skills
