About the Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients or internal marketing teams to develop video concepts, scripts, and storyboards
- Scout locations and plan production schedules
- Set up and operate professional cameras, lighting rigs, and microphones
- Direct on screen talent or interviewees to capture high quality A roll and B roll footage
- Edit raw footage using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Apple Final Cut Pro
- Add motion graphics, sound effects, and color grades to deliver final videos
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and organize video and audio gear to ensure optimal performance
Requirements
- Deep understanding of camera settings, composition, lighting techniques, and audio mixing
- Mastery of industry standard post production tools (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro)
- Ability to carry heavy equipment, work on location in varying conditions, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail
