Responsibilities
- Shoot engaging real estate and lifestyle content using a smartphone and professional mobile accessories
- Create content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Edit videos with quick turnaround times for social media publishing
- Bring creative concepts, trending content ideas, and storytelling techniques to the table
- Work closely with the client to build a strong personal brand and online presence
Requirements
- Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement
- Experience shooting and editing content for Instagram, YouTube, and short form video platforms
- Strong mobile videography skills and confidence shooting on smartphones
- Experience using a gimbal for smooth, professional looking footage
- Proficiency in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
- Must have their own laptop and licensed editing software/tools required for content production
- Self motivated, reliable, creative, and able to work independently
- Real estate content creation experience is preferred
- Based in Dubai with a valid freelance visa or own visa
