Role Overview
We are looking for a knowledgeable and engaging Trainer to deliver program across Artificial Intelligence, Financial Technology, and Regulatory Technology.
This is a flexible, multi-programme role — you will work across different client engagements and audience types, from banking professionals and compliance teams to regulatory staff and executive cohorts.
The ideal candidate brings real industry experience in these areas, not just theoretical knowledge, and can make complex topics feel practical and relevant to the people in the room.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions across AI, FinTech, and RegTech topics in both in-person and virtual settings
- Adapt content, pace, and delivery style to suit different audience backgrounds and experience levels
- Facilitate workshops, discussions, and applied exercises that connect concepts to real financial services scenarios
- Assess participant progress through knowledge checks and exercises, and provide constructive feedback
- Share post-session observations with the program team to help improve content and delivery over time
- Stay current with developments in AI, FinTech innovation, and financial regulation to keep delivery fresh and credible
Required Qualifications & Experience
- At least 8 years of professional experience in one or more of: AI/machine learning, data science, FinTech, RegTech, or compliance technology within financial services
- At least 3 years of training or facilitation experience with professional audiences
- Solid understanding of FinTech business models — Open Banking, digital payments, embedded finance, eKYC, and platform/API ecosystems
- Familiarity with RegTech tools and concepts — automated compliance, regulatory reporting, and data privacy frameworks
- Experience working with or delivering for financial regulators, central banks, or government-linked institutions is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical and regulatory topics clearly to non-technical audiences
