About the Role

  • Sheraa is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Freelance SOP Process Documentation Consultant to support a strategic SOP documentation project across multiple functions. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with relevant stakeholders to understand existing processes and workflows
  • Review current policies, templates, process documents, and operational practices
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across various departments, including Finance & Operations, HR, Programs, Partnerships, Marketing, and other functions
  • Ensure SOPs align with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and best practices
  • Create process maps, flowcharts, and supporting visuals to simplify complex workflows
  • Present draft SOPs to department stakeholders and management for review
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions to ensure accuracy and practicality
  • Deliver final SOPs in approved formats (Word/PDF)
  • Design and implement a standardized SOP template for organization wide use
  • Compile a consolidated SOP manual covering all agreed functions
  • Provide a summary report with recommendations to support implementation and adoption

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Consulting, or a related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in consulting, operations, process improvement, service design, or business transformation
  • Proven experience in SOP development, process mapping, and workflow optimization
  • Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
  • Experience working across multiple functions and facilitating workshops/interviews
  • Ability to translate complex processes into clear, concise, and practical documentation

Working Arrangement
