About the Role
aspexx. is seeking freelance Service, UX, and Product Designers for hybrid teams in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. You will lead user research, journey mapping, and service design projects for government, banking, B2B, and B2C clients.

- Conduct workshops, user research, and journey mapping to guide design decisions

- Deliver high quality design outputs aligned with user needs and business goals
- Provide expertise in design strategy, user experience, and service innovation
- Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in a freelance or project based setting
Requirements
- Must hold a Golden Visa or Freelance Visa (eligible to work in the UAE without sponsorship)
- Proven experience in Service Design, UX Design, or Product Design
- Strong background working within government, banking, B2B, or B2C ecosystems
- Skilled in facilitation, stakeholder management, and journey mapping
- Based in the UAE and available for hybrid work in Abu Dhabi or Dubai

About the Role
