Purpose of the Role

  • Generate qualified leads and build a consistent pipeline for Signature Associates across the UAE and KSA markets, targeting SMEs and corporates that lack in house HR expertise.
  • Operating on a part time freelance basis, this representative owns the full prospecting cycle from initial outreach through to a warm, qualified handover to senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Cold and warm outreach via phone, email, WhatsApp, and LinkedIn to UAE and KSA based decision makers.
  • Conduct outreach in Arabic and English as appropriate to the prospect.
  • Research and contact prospects ahead of networking events — pre contact at least 5 attendees before each event.
  • Fill webinar seats and Signature hosted events through targeted outreach campaigns.
  • Follow up with all webinar and event attendees within 24–48 hours.
  • Identify and develop new lead sources including business councils, chambers of commerce, and LinkedIn referrals.
  • CRM & Pipeline Management: Maintain a clean, fully up to date HubSpot CRM.
  • Log all calls, emails, and meetings on the same day.
  • Flag prospects with future potential and schedule proactive re engagement.
  • Provide pipeline updates at agreed weekly check ins with senior management.
  • Qualification & Handover: Qualify prospects — understand their size, current HR setup, pain points, and readiness to engage.
  • Identify the right moment to involve senior management for consultative discussions and closing.

Person Specification

  • Essential: Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written) non negotiable.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Self motivated and comfortable making outreach calls and messages independently.
  • Personable: builds rapport quickly with business owners and decision makers across UAE and KSA cultural contexts.
  • Organised: manages a CRM pipeline and follow up schedule without being chased.
  • Resilient: handles rejection without losing momentum.
  • Proactive communicator: senior management should always know what’s being worked on.
  • Desirable: Previous sales, recruitment, or business development experience in the Gulf.
  • Experience selling training, professional services, or B2B products.
  • Interest in or knowledge of HR / employment law.
  • HubSpot or similar CRM experience.
  • Existing network of UAE and/or KSA SME contacts.

Compensation

  • Freelance Fee & Commission: Engagement basis: Part time freelance. Day rate or retainer to be agreed prior to start date.
  • Commission structure: to be introduced following the 90 day review, based on pipeline contribution and closed revenue.

Accountability & Team Rhythm

  • Weekly check in (remote) — pipeline update, outreach activity, challenges, wins.
  • Daily proactive communication — update your manager on what’s planned before being asked.
  • Regular touchpoints with Maria Lawless and ongoing coaching sessions with Carla Watt.
  • CRM reviewed weekly — accuracy and completeness is non negotiable.
  • Work Location: In person.
