Responsibilities

- Build and manage a sales pipeline within SolvTree's target verticals
- Close monthly retainer agreements and hand delivery over to our team
- Represent SolvTree at client meetings and relevant industry events
Requirements
- Based in Dubai and available for regular in person meetings
- Proven B2B sales or business development experience, ideally with SMB clients
- A valid UAE residence visa and the legal right to undertake freelance/contract work in the UAE
- Self directed and comfortable working independently

About the role
- ClivoTech runs SolvTree, an AI automation consultancy based in Mumbai, India.
- We build AI driven systems — outreach automation, voice agents, lead qualification, and custom workflow tooling — for small and mid sized businesses, primarily across real estate, dental, and food & beverage.
- We’re expanding into the UAE and are looking for an experienced business development professional in Dubai to lead sales on the ground.
- This is an independent contract (freelance) engagement. It is not an employed or visa sponsored position.
