Responsibilities
- Source and identify qualified candidates for open roles across multiple geographies using job boards, social platforms, and internal networks
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and compensation expectations
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow ups throughout the process
- Partner with hiring stakeholders to refine job requirements, job postings, and selection criteria based on evolving business needs
- Manage candidate pipelines in applicant tracking systems, update records, and track all stages of the recruitment workflow
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placement within technology or marketing environments
- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting to manage candidate databases and recruitment workflows
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and job boards to identify and engage high potential candidates
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across diverse cultures and time zones
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities with minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines
