Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience using applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday Recruiting to manage candidate databases and recruitment workflows.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search operators, and job boards to identify and engage high potential candidates.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across diverse cultures and time zones.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities with minimal supervision, and meet tight deadlines.
