Role Overview
Prime Pilates is seeking a warm, professional, and organized Front Desk Receptionist for its Lusail, Qatar studio.
The receptionist will be the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and by email.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage bookings and class schedules using studio software or an app.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries.
- Handle payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Coordinate with instructors for smooth class transitions.
- Maintain front-desk and studio cleanliness and uphold studio policies.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
- Print and organize waivers and class overviews.
- Clean mirrors, floors, the studio, and reception area.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in a similar customer service or front desk role is sought.
- Candidates should be friendly, warm, confident, organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and punctual.
- Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools and apps; booking-system experience is a plus.
- Fluent English is stated as preferred; Arabic is a plus but not required.
- Availability is required for 6–8 hour morning or evening shifts and rotating weekends.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 25.00 per hour.
