About the Role

  • This is a freelance role for the Tendem project.
  • As a Presentation Designer, you will focus on storytelling and visual hierarchy.
  • You will utilize various tools such as PowerPoint, Keynote, alongside Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high stakes pitch decks and professional one pagers tailored for specific audiences.
  • Translate complex data into clear visual storytelling with a strong focus on minimalism and precise information hierarchy.
  • Elevate presentations using custom fonts, elegant animations, and perfect visual consistency.
  • Enforce a polished, persuasive, and premium corporate meets creative style across all deliverables.
  • Execute formatting quality standards through meticulous validation of visual alignment, pacing, and brand adherence before final delivery.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, presentation design, visual storytelling, or data visualization is desirable.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communications, or related creative fields is a plus.
  • Presentation software: Expertise in PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.
  • Design tools: Deep proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Figma.
  • Data & information design: Ability to translate complex data and multi level hierarchical structures into clear, minimalist visual storytelling.
  • Typography & animation: Advanced skills in working with custom fonts and smooth, elegant animations.
  • English proficiency: Upper intermediate (B2) or above (required).
  • Hands on experience creating high end, premium corporate meets creative style layouts.
  • Strong attention to detail and absolute commitment to visual perfectness.
  • Self directed work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot design challenges independently.
  • Your CV must include a link to your portfolio featuring high end presentations, pitch decks, and data visualization.

Project Time Expectations

  • Tasks are estimated to require around 10–20 hours per week during active phases.
  • This is an estimate, not a guaranteed workload, and applies only while the project is active.

Compensation

  • Contributors can earn up to $45 per hour equivalent, depending on their level and pace of contribution.
  • Compensation varies across projects depending on scope, complexity, and required expertise.
