Responsibilities
- Plan and manage marketing content for social media, websites, emailers, campaigns, and company announcements
- Create and coordinate content for property listings, company services, brand updates, seasonal promotions, and lead generation campaigns
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across Key One’s divisions
- Prepare campaign ideas, captions, copywriting, content briefs, and promotional materials
- Use AI tools to assist with content ideas, copywriting, campaign concepts, editing, and content variations
- Coordinate with internal teams, designers, photographers, videographers, and management for content requirements
- Maintain a consistent brand tone and message across all marketing materials
- Schedule and publish content across social media and other digital channels
- Track campaign and content performance and provide simple updates or recommendations
- Support improvements in marketing workflows using tools, templates, and automation where possible
Requirements
- Experience in content marketing, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing trends
- Comfortable using AI tools, Canva or similar design tools, scheduling platforms, and basic analytics tools
- Ability to coordinate with different teams and manage multiple content requirements

Role Overview
- The Freelance Marketing Executive will support Key One Realty Group in managing its marketing content, campaigns, and online brand presence.
