Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive on site mock surveys and clinical tracer activities at client facilities (hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers)
- Evaluate facility operations against specific regulatory frameworks (JCI, DHA, MoH)
- Conduct leadership interviews and staff competency assessments during the survey
- Provide a detailed, raw 'Findings & Deficiencies' briefing to the Accredics consulting team at the conclusion of the audit
Requirements
- Extensive prior experience of more than 8 years as a Quality Director, Compliance Officer, or official Regulatory Surveyor in the UAE
- Active Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or similar credential
- Deep, authoritative knowledge of JCI accreditation standards and DHA regulatory requirements
- Excellent executive presence and communication skills to interface with hospital leadership during audits

The Role
- We are seeking a highly experienced, freelance Lead Healthcare Auditor to partner with us on client engagements.
- You will act as the principal surveyor during on site mock audits, evaluating facility compliance against DHA guidelines and JCI standards.
- This role is strictly focused on auditing and identifying gaps; our internal consulting team handles post survey documentation and report generation.
