- Advise on budget allocation and cost effective solutions
- Coordinate with contractors or suppliers as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential interior design with a portfolio showcasing similar renovation projects
- Strong understanding of space planning, color theory, and office ergonomics
- Ability to create detailed design concepts and communicate ideas visually and verbally
- Familiarity with sourcing materials and furnishings in the UAE market
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on site in Sharjah or travel as required
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with clients during the planning phase
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools
