Responsibilities
- Call and screen healthcare candidates for a variety of roles.
- Conduct initial phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Evaluate communication skills, motivation and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidate summaries and shortlists for clients.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with applicants.
- Support recruitment projects across aesthetics, wellness, longevity and healthcare.
Requirements
- Previous recruitment experience, ideally within healthcare, aesthetics or medical staffing
- Confident on the phone and enjoys building rapport with candidates
- Strong judgement and ability to identify high potential profiles quickly
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
- Works independently and takes ownership of workload
- Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus)

About the Role
- Invicta Med is looking for an experienced Freelance Healthcare Recruiter to support our growing recruitment division within the UAE's medical, aesthetics and wellness sector.

What you'll be doing
