- Install and calibrate Smart Hoist plug and play systems at high rise and mid rise sites
- Ensure seamless connectivity between hardware, cloud systems, and on site teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on the spot to keep hoists moving
- Provide feedback on system use to improve technology
- Act as Smart Site's reliable and professional field presence
- Share on site insights with engineering and customer success teams
Requirements
- Experience with low voltage electronics, sensors, or cabling
- Comfort with tools, site environments, and safety protocols
- Strong problem solver, fast learner, and clear communicator
- Freelance flexibility and ability to commit to short term projects on demand
- Familiarity with hoist systems, construction lifts, or mechanical installs (bonus)

- We’re looking for a skilled and hands on freelance field technician to install and service Smart Hoist systems across job sites in the United Arab Emirates.
What You'll Do
- Install Smart Hoist Systems (Primary Focus): Set up and calibrate Smart Hoist’s plug and play systems at high rise and mid rise sites.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between hardware, cloud systems, and on site teams.
- Optimize Performance & Train Crews: Troubleshoot on the spot. Solving issues fast to keep hoists moving.
- Provide feedback on system use, so our tech keeps getting smarter.
- Be the Tech on the Ground: Act as Smartsite’s field presence: reliable, professional, and trusted.
- Share on site insights with our engineering and customer success teams.
Who You Are
- Experience with low voltage electronics, sensors, or cabling (required)
- Comfort with tools, site environments, and safety protocols
- Strong problem solver, fast learner, and clear communicator
- Freelance flexibility, you like variety and can commit to short term projects on demand
- Bonus: Familiarity with hoist systems, construction lifts, or mechanical installs
