Responsibilities
- Create strong homepage copy and improve hero section messaging
- Write clear value propositions and explain key services
- Add trust building content and write conversion focused CTAs
- Write professional contact page copy and improve enquiry form messaging
- Write automated email acknowledgement templates for various enquiries
- Create or improve short service page/section content for flight, hotel, visa, insurance, holiday packages
- Write website microcopy including button text, form labels, thank you messages, error messages, etc.
- Provide SEO support with SEO friendly headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQ content
Requirements
- Experience writing website content for travel, tourism, hospitality, visa services, airlines, hotels or booking platforms

Freelance Website Content Writer / UX Copywriter Needed
- We are looking for a freelance website content writer / UX copywriter to help improve and create content for our B2C travel website: Business Travel.
Scope of Work
- Landing Page / Homepage Content: Create strong homepage copy, improve hero section messaging, write clear value propositions, explain key services, add trust building content, write conversion focused CTAs.
- Contact Page Content: Write professional contact page copy, improve enquiry form messaging, add clear customer guidance, create better CTA lines.
- Email Acknowledgement Templates: Write automated email acknowledgement content for general, flight, hotel, visa, insurance, holiday package enquiries and customer registration.
- Service Content: Create or improve short service page/section content for flight booking, hotel booking, visa assistance, travel insurance, holiday packages, other travel services.
- Website Microcopy: Button text, form labels, thank you messages, error messages, success messages, banner copy, short promotional text.
- SEO Support: SEO friendly headings, meta titles, meta descriptions, FAQ content, keyword friendly service descriptions.
Ideal Freelancer Profile
