Requirements
- Proven experience in government excellence frameworks (ADAEP, 4G, EFQM, or equivalent)
- Hands on familiarity with the Bila Juhd framework and/or Institutional Excellence assessment methodologies
- Prior assessment, audit, or consulting experience with UAE federal or Abu Dhabi government entities
- Strong analytical, report writing, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bilingual (Arabic & English) strongly preferred
