- Proactively source, qualify, and close new business opportunities with brands and companies seeking design, branding, and digital services
- Work closely with the CEO to align sales strategies with business goals
- Pitch and present the agency’s services with confidence, clarity, and value
- Follow up consistently with leads, nurturing them through the sales funnel
- Provide strategic input to marketing and business development initiatives
- Help refine sales scripts, proposals, and outreach strategies
- Identify new markets and verticals for growth
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity
- Deliver daily or weekly reports on performance, insights, and goals directly to the CEO
- Build and maintain long term relationships with clients and key decision makers
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold outreach, and strategic partnerships
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in creative services, digital, marketing, branding, advertising, or B2B sales
- Mandatory minimum 1–2 years of experience working within a marketing, branding, advertising, creative, or digital agency environment
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Proven experience in lead generation, client management, and sales pipeline tracking
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote working environment
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Self motivated with a strong results oriented mindset
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Strong listening skills
- Professional, presentable, and confident when dealing with business owners and senior executives
- Preferably English and Arabic speaker

What You’ll Be Doing

What We’re Looking For
- Preferably English and Arabic speaker.
- Should have own visa during probation period of 3 months.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, ideally in creative services, digital, marketing, branding, advertising, or B2B sales.
- Mandatory minimum 1–2 years of experience working within a marketing, branding, advertising, creative, or digital agency environment. Candidates without agency experience will not be considered.
- Proven experience in lead generation, client management, and sales pipeline tracking.
- Experience developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Ability to proactively source leads, secure meetings, close deals, and consistently meet or exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid or remote working environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self motivated with a strong results oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
