Role Overview
The Fraud Risk Management team protects customer wealth and serves as a line of defense across QFG business units and payment channels.
The Fraud Analyst conducts timely investigative analysis to identify, evaluate, and action suspicious activity while minimizing financial and reputational risk.
The role reports to a Fraud Supervisor or Manager and works with internal teams and external financial partners.

Role Overview
The Fraud Risk Management team protects customer wealth and serves as a line of defense across QFG business units and payment channels.
The Fraud Analyst conducts timely investigative analysis to identify, evaluate, and action suspicious activity while minimizing financial and reputational risk.
The role reports to a Fraud Supervisor or Manager and works with internal teams and external financial partners.
Fraud Analysis and Investigation
- Monitor detection systems, tools, reports, and manual information to investigate suspicious activity and determine required actions.
- Manage service-level agreements and alert queues or inboxes to action alerts and requests promptly.
- Identify fraud patterns and trends and escalate issues to appropriate business partners.
- Collect evidence for incident reports, filings, loss prevention, litigation, prosecution, management information, and process improvements.
Case and Client Support
- Document investigative actions and findings in account and case files.
- Engage clients through multiple communication channels and provide security advice and tailored fraud-prevention solutions.
