General Summary
The Franchise Operations Specialist partners with Regional Sales Managers and the Division Vice President to support franchisees and in-store teams.
The role improves systems, resources, and processes; supports new and existing stores and transitions; delivers training; and contributes to operational and same-store sales goals.
The market and territory for the role is Canada.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Coach store teams on brand-specific processes, best practices, and customer service.
- Partner with new franchisees on setup and implementation of brand procedures and standards.
- Support new initiatives, vendor training sessions, franchisee meetings, and conferences.
- Analyze point-of-sale data and profit and loss statements to identify trends and support financial accountability.
- Facilitate group training sessions and deliver presentations using PowerPoint and other tools.
- Use Microsoft Office applications to manage schedules, reports, and communications.
- Adapt to different point-of-sale platforms and internal systems.
- Manage multiple initiatives and projects with urgency and attention to detail.
