We are seeking an experienced Franchise Manager to oversee franchise operations, strengthen franchisee relationships, and support business expansion across regional and international markets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement franchise strategies aligned with business growth and brand objectives
- Recruit, onboard, and support new franchise partners throughout the franchise lifecycle
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing operational and commercial support
- Monitor franchise performance, sales, profitability, and operational KPIs to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, operating procedures, franchise agreements, and company policies
- Coordinate franchise training programs, business reviews, and performance improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, legal, and product teams to support franchise success
- Identify opportunities for franchise expansion, market development, and business growth
- Resolve franchise operational issues, escalations, and stakeholder concerns professionally and efficiently
- Prepare franchise performance reports, market insights, and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Retail Management, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in franchise management, multi site operations, business development, retail operations, or related roles
- 2+ years of experience managing franchise networks, business partners, or multi location operations preferred
- Strong understanding of franchise business models, franchise agreements, operational standards, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience supporting franchise growth, business performance, and partner relationship management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving abilities
- Experience with CRM, ERP, franchise management systems, and business reporting tools is advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple franchise partners and priorities effectively
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
