The Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist is responsible for driving strategic partner growth while supporting the successful onboarding, launch, and early operational implementation of new ProColor franchisees. As a key member of the sales and operations teams, the ideal candidate will identify and secure new Strategic Partners, manage prospective shop relationships, coordinate the franchise vetting and approval process, and support the transition from signed agreement through onboarding, branding, training, and launch readiness.
The Franchise Development & Implementation Specialist will play an integral role in driving franchise growth objectives while ensuring franchisees are aligned with ProColor brand standards, vendor programs, operational expectations, and network growth initiatives.
This position requires strong relationship-building capabilities, automotive industry expertise, and the ability to understand and communicate Fix Network’s value proposition.
